Costa Rican municipalities create TV programme to train and inform citizens

The Union Nacional de Gobiernos Locales (UNGL) in Costa Rica produced a television program called Vida Municipal iin which municipalities train and inform their citizens. The aim is to show the citizens which projects and initiatives are being developed in their area and to get familiar with the municipal authorities.
