Contribute to UCLG's GOLD V Report on the localization of the global agendas

During the 2019 High Level Political Forum as well as the UCLG World Congres in Autumn 2019, UCLG will present the 5th report of the Global Observatory on Decentralisation and Local Democracy, also named GOLD V. This report will showcase the current situation of local and regional governments worldwide and their involvement in the localization of the global agendas.
