Held in partnership with UCLG-MEWA and İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) on August 14-15, 2024, Beyoğlu Employment Club’s training provided a valuable opportunity for participants. The training aimed to equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the job market.
The main focus of the training was on effective resume writing and interview techniques. Participants were provided with detailed information on effective interview strategies and key elements necessary for a successful interview. Topics such as key points to consider during the interview process, preparation stages, Q&A techniques, and the use of body language were discussed. Additionally, methods for delivering effective responses to commonly encountered interview questions were emphasized.
Participants were informed on preparing an effective resume and organizing it in a way that captures employers’ attention. The training also focused on developing strategies for each stage of the job searching process, covering topics such as job searching channels, networking, and methods for building professional relationships.
The two-day training emphasized the importance of using effective body language and improving communication skills during job interviews. Detailed attention was given to aspects of body language and verbal communication that contribute to making a positive impression.
The Employment Club Training provided participants with the tools needed to express themselves more effectively during the interview process. Participants gained motivation to be more successful in their job searching processes and to perform more effectively during the interviews with the knowledge and skills they gained.
