This year, the CIB Working Group will organize a Webinar series. The first webinar will be entirely dedicated to the topic of “Women Leadership”. It will address questions such as: What are hurdles women face when coming, and staying, into office at the local level? And how to best cope with these challenges in your programme? This webinar will take place from on the 2nd of April, 15:00 - 16:30 CET.

The first edition of the CIB 2020 Webinar series will be held on April 2, 2020. This webinar will take place from 15:00 - 16:30 CET and will be entirely dedictated to the topic of "Women Leadership". What are hurdles women face when coming, and staying, into office at the local level? How to best cope with these challenges in your programme? Some first-hand experiences from different contexts will be shared, as well as interesting insights on how to effectively deal with these challenges in projects and programmes.
