DeLog has published their second DeLog working paper with the title 'Post-2015 Global Development Agenda: Making the Case for Decentralisation and Local Governance'. This paper concerns the first contribution of the Development Working Group on DeLog to the ongoing debate around the Post-2015 development agenda.
Because the Millennium Development Goals (MDG) is nearing its end, they thought it would be a good opportunity to reflect on the achievements and lessons learned since the Millennium Development Declaration in 2000. The paper argues that: 'Decentralisation and local governance need to be integrated in the post-2015 framework as a 'strategic enabler'for accelerating sustainable development goals'.
