Vice Mayor of Lyon: "... role given to Local Governments (in Busan) is not sufficient"

UCLG - Hubert Julien-Laferriere, Vice Mayor of Lyon France and Co-president of UCLG’s committee on Decentralised Cooperation and City Diplomacy makes a first evaluation of the 4th High Level Forum on Aide Effectiveness that just ended in Busan.

He points out that this is an important step that has taken towards an international public policy on development cooperation but that in this framework Local governments are not considered enough and that this must happen.
