Study on local effectiveness of European Cooperation in Latin America and Peru

The Autonomous University of Barcelona has published a study on aid effectiveness of European development cooperation at the local level in Latin America and Peru.

The study exposes:

• The concept of local effectiveness in connection with the notion of local development methods to evaluate it
• The Latin American and Peruvian environment for cooperation and local development, and
• The European policies and development cooperation programs and its relevance to the local effectiveness.
