A resource list about the impact of decentralisation has been published,  after suggestions that were made during the launch event of the 2013 State of Participatory Democracy Report in Washington DC last year.

Forty-five experts and activists from the fields of governance and development gathered to discuss on how to strengthen the initiative in its second year.  The resource list compiles the evidence base of the advantages of decentralisation to improved service delivery, reduced corruption and economic growth.
