Observa magazine reports on CIB meeting

The last edition of the magazine “Observa”, of the observatory on decentralized cooperation European Union-Latin America, reports on the annual meeting of the CIB Working Group which took place on June 28^th and 29^th 2010 in Barcelona, Spain. Along the lines of the UCLG position paper on aid effectiveness and local governments , a round table of experts discussed the agenda of aid effectiveness, with active participation of all participants.
