New Platforma publication: Decentralised Development Cooperation - European perspectives

The “PLATFORMA – two years of European action” conference last 29 March was a success, with a strong turnout and positive feedback. The publication, launched during the reception Monday 28, is now available online on the following link: http://www.platforma-dev.eu/en/publicationEN.htm. The conference gathered almost 200 participants, with dense and content-focused debates and participation of Commissioner Piebalgs.
