To the members of the World Council

Dear member, As you know, UCLG is currently developing an exercise aiming to redefine the priorities of the organization. Consultations with different key actors started in 2010 and its conclusions were presented to the World Council in Mexico. The World Council consequently mandated the Secretariat to carry on with the exercise during 2011 and requested broadening the consultations to members and partners.
