5th UCLG ASPAC Congress 2014 - Taipei

UCLG ASPAC organises its Annual Congress this year in Taipei from September 3 - 6, 2014. The theme of this year's Congress is "Adaptive City: Embedding Design in City Governance" and will include several plenary sessions dedicted to this topic, as well as an Executive Bureau meeting and General Assembly for UCLG ASPAC members. Sessions will be focused on design and sustainability of urban services with international and regional speakers from local governments as well as research institutes and the private sector.
