In 2016 The Hague Academy for Local Governance (THALG) will once again select a limited number of young, talented and motivated civil servants working for a local government in one of the countries on the DAC list for its Talent for Governance programme.

Fellowship opportunities for training courses The Hague Academy for Local Governance

Senior civil servants employed by a national Ministry in Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco and Jordan can apply for a Matra fellowship to participate in the Social Affairs and Employment training. In this blended learning programme offered by The Hague Academy in cooperation with PBLQ ROI (Dutch Institute for Public Administration) and CNV International, participants will discuss how economic growth can go hand in hand with social security reforms in their home countries.
