The Austrian Association of Cities and Towns and KDZ - Centre for Public Administration Research published a guide which serves as an orientation for Austrian cities on how to take first steps towards localizing SDGs. The guideline provides key information about the Agenda 2030, explains the role of cities in its implementation and explores different tools that can be used to bring SDGs closer to their communities. Different examples from the region and beyond illustrate what cities have done to promote, integrate and implement SDGs in a local context and gives ideas on how to monitor their progress. The guide is only available in German language.
